After Celtman last year I had a 9 months long recovery, but it seems that 90 hours was enough after Swissman. It sure has it reasons, but 9 months vs 90 hours….
So is that a RecoveryPro ( as from Milebreaker below) or a triathletes Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and only a false recovery?
Well I have already been swimming two relaxing open water sessions and today I did a nice controlled 5 k evening jog at 4.45 pace.
Tomorrow morning we swim again…
